Punggol HDB BTO July 2012 - Waterway Terrace III

For the Punggol BTO July 2012, the 1000 units area is probably premium flats.  In addition, to the previous Waterway Terrace I and II launched last year, this could be the Waterway Terrace III.

There seems to be further plans to implement the Waterway Terrace IV, V, and VI, till the edge of Punggol.

In July 2012, HDB will be launching 6 BTOs for Bedok, Bukit Merah, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Geylang and Punggol.

Updates: On 27 July, Friday, HDB announced that Bedok is removed from the July BTO list.

- 2 BTO locations along Sumang Walk
- Immature estate
- 1 of the BTO facing the Waterway
- Near to Sumang and Soo Tech LRT stations
- Walkable to Punggol MRT station and Town Centre
- BTO could be Waterway Terrace III
